DJ Michelle Pesce is the go-to when it comes to everything awards season. Pre-parties and after parties are her jam, and this weekend (once Amy and Tina left the stage, and Matthew Mcconaughy said “all right, all right” a few hundred times) she brought in the tunes for the very highest echelon of Hollywood stardom.

Pre-awards show she rocked the CAA Soho House party on Friday night, and went on to jam at the Instyle After Party after the Globes (an event teeming with stars like Usher, Taylor Swift and Jared Leto). We had no other choice but to have her create an exclusive Instagram diary for The New Potato all about her weekend, as well as let us in on her playlist for the Instyle after party. “During Awards season, I do dance parties like the Instyle/Warner Bros Golden Globe party and the Grammy’s, but I also do parties like the CAA Globes Party and Entertainment Weekly’s Pre- Screen Actors Guild Awards Party where its more about setting a good vibe that will add energy to the room and make people bob their heads!  So I included a mix of the two on this list.
